TREVOH CHALOBAH’S days appear to be numbered at Stamford Bridge after he was sent off during Chelsea’s pre-season campaign.
The Blues defender was left at home when Enzo Maresca’s men left for the United States earlier this month.

Chalobah, 25, has been at Chelsea since he was a child and played 63 times in two campaigns between 2021 and 2023.
But he only started 10 Premier League games last season and now looks set to leave this summer.
His departure became even more likely following the arrival of Tosin Adarabioyo from Fulham.
However, certain statistics from last season show why Chelsea should opt to keep Chalobah.
He has the best tackle success percentage of any Blues defender at 76.47 per cent – 15 more than second-placed Benoit Badiashile.
He also didn’t make a single error that led to the opponent taking a shot, while Badiashile, Axel Disasi, Levi Colwill and Tosin made at least one.
However, this is not the full picture.
Other areas show Chalobah’s weaknesses – like his duel success percentage, which is the lowest of all five defenders.

His possessions won – 55 – are also a low stat compared to Badiashile’s 99, as he only played 438 fewer minutes.
And above all his lack of playing time – 1277 minutes – shows how low he has fallen in the pecking order.
But a 4-1 pre-season defeat to Celtic on Saturday led to some honest words from new manager Maresca – an assessment that could open the door for Chalobah.
He said: “Off the ball we need to improve things.
“You can see that sometimes we get confused when we need to play a little and when we need to play a little more, but that’s part of the process.
“We kept a high line, but when the ball is not under pressure, you have to fall… we are still confusing some things on and off the ball.
“It’s normal at this time when we’re trying to do something new.”
