Bournemouth have completed the signing of Juventus defender Dean Huijsen.
The promising centre-back joins Andoni Iraola’s side for around £12.6m (€15m) after 18 months of frontline experience.
Huijsen, who signed a six-year contract, made his debut for Juve last October before joining Roma on a half-season loan.
“We are delighted to bring in a player of such a high caliber on a long-term deal,” said Bournemouth chief executive Neill Blake.
“Dean is someone who has such exciting potential and we are all excited to see where his journey with the club goes.
“We look forward to welcoming him to the Vitality Stadium and working together to help further develop all the qualities he already possesses.”
Spain under-21 international Huijsen becomes the Cherries’ fourth signing of the summer.
