Lucy Pinder goes public with Premier League manager as ‘in love’ couple share loved-up photos

FORMER glamor model Lucy Pinder made public his relationship with Southampton manager Russell Martin.

The Sun exclusively revealed yesterday that the couple are “in love” with each other.

Martin, 38, has grown close to Lucy in recent months and the “in love” pair recently turned heads at a Sky Sports event.

The Premier League manager was yesterday awarded an honorary degree from the University of Brighton for his charitable work after setting up the Russell Martin Foundation to help the lives of young people in Sussex.

Lucy, 40, was with him when he received his award and the pair posed for a photo by the sea.

The Saints supporting beauty posted the photo on their Instagram story to make their relationship public.

Martin was dressed in a smart gray suit and sunglasses, while Lucy looked stunning in a form-fitting black dress.

The manager, who led Southampton to promotion back to the Prem last season, separated from his wife and the mother of his three children, Jasmine, last year.

A source told The Sun: “There was no crossover. Russ’s marriage ended and he became morose. The goal was to take care of the children and make sure they were okay.

“But in the midst of his grief, as he dedicated himself to his work, Russ became close to Lucy.

“She is a regular face at Southampton events and is always at the club as a die-hard fan.

“Over the weeks and months, their friendship grew into something more.

“They are a perfect match – or at least they are in Southampton. They are crazy about each other.”

Lucy, now a TV personality, rose to fame as a glamor model in the early 2000s.

She became a regular in the now-defunct men’s magazines Nuts, FHM and Loaded and has appeared in several films – debuting in 2012 in Strippers vs Werewolves.

Lucy also appeared on Celebrity Big Brother.
