England European star Cole, 22, fell in love with nail artist Connie Grace in her hometown of Manchester.

The Chelsea midfielder was seen with Connie, also 22, in Ibiza last week.
A source said: “They are young and just going with the flow and enjoying the summer together.”
Former Man City teammate Dias was also spotted on the party island with London receptionist Taylor Flight.
It wasn’t the only thing he found tasty, as the Portuguese defender, 27, and Taylor, 22, shared identical photos of a giant paella.
It comes after heartbroken Love Island star Arabella, 33, was blindsided when the Manchester City player suddenly dumped her after the New Year break.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun on Sunday, injured Arabella, 32, said: “Last year was probably my unluckiest year when it came to finding the one. I have been very unlucky in love.
“I’ve dated people who at the time I thought were the only ones, which was a mistake I’ve since learned from.”
Arabella added: “What I learned from dating last year is that you think you know someone, but you don’t really know them.
“I dated people who maybe, looking back, weren’t the best fit for me.”
