RONDA ROUSEY broke down in tears as she discussed her fertility headache.
Rousey – a legend and former UFC and WWE champion – is married to former wrestler Travis Browne.
Together they share daughter La’akea, born in 2021, while Browne has two children from a previous marriage.
But Rousey revealed her sadness over suffering two miscarriages in 2019 during an episode of Diary of a CEO.
She got pregnant a week before filming an episode of 9-1-1, where she almost lost a finger while filming her own stunt scenes.
Rousey, 37, said: “I found out I was pregnant right before the show started filming, and then my finger got cut off because a boat door fell on it.
“We went for a check-out, the baby seemed fine, but I had a miscarriage a few weeks later, so I always felt like it was my fault.
“I wanted to keep doing dangerous things while I was pregnant because I thought it made me look cool.
“So I was depressed, drinking, smoking and not looking after myself, so I immediately got pregnant again and we never saw a heartbeat that time.
“But I didn’t expect anything else because I just wasn’t taking care of myself at that time.”
Rousey and Browne — who tied the knot in 2017 — are trying to have more children after welcoming La’akea.
But the retired Olympic judo champion broke down in tears when discussing her IVF journey.
Rousey said: “I went through IVF, four cycles of IVF to get eight embryos because we wanted to have three or four children.
“And the first one we used actually worked. This is, you know, La’akea, my daughter now.
“But yes, we are in the process of doing that now and I got the news yesterday that our first cycle didn’t work.”
IVF helps people with fertility issues have a baby and Rousey was asked about how her journey is going.
She said: “It’s difficult. Anyone going through this is difficult and people just don’t talk about it.
“But, you know, it’s hard because you have so much hope all the time. And yeah, I don’t know. I’ll have to wait until the end of the book tour to try again. But I was really hoping to be pregnant today.”
“But, you know, it’s the kind of thing nobody talks about. Many women think they are going through this alone.
“But it’s very, very common. But it’s very difficult when things don’t work out.”
