WWE legend Jim Ross was rushed to hospital after feeling short of breath.
He took to social media to confirm his visit to Norman, Oklahoma.
He wrote: “Unexpected trip to the ER in Norman this morning. Shortness of breath. That’s all for now.”
Ross, 72, is best known for commentating on WWE between 1993 and 2013.
His 1.7 million flooded the comments section to wish him good luck.
One fan posted: “Love you Jim. Sending prayers your way, my friend.”
A second commented: “Hope all is well mate.”
A third wrote: “Oh no, I hope it’s nothing serious.
A fourth said: “I hope you are ok. God bless you.”
A fifth added: “Praying for you JR.”
He returned to the sport in 2017 for a two-year stint.
He is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling, having joined for his first show in 2019.
It’s not Ross’s first health scare, as he announced he was cancer free as of 2021.
He announced he was battling skin cancer two months before being discharged, but was left with sores.
Ross was married to Jan Grillette between 1993 and 2017 until she tragically died two days after a car accident.
He is better known to wrestling fans as JR and was part of a long-running commentary duo with Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler.
The duo worked together for several years on Monday Night RAW.
