WWE legend Hulk Hogan has declared his ambitions to enter the political ring at age 70.
The Hulkster expressed his unlikely goal of becoming president in an interview with NewsNation’s Dan Abrams Live.
“If I were the vice president and all of a sudden I came in first place four years later… you would get 12 good years out of me,” Hogan said.
“And then suddenly we would be really on the right track.”
Hogan supported Democrat Barack Obama in 2008 and Republican Mitt Romney in 2012.
In 2015, Hogan said he wanted to be Donald Trump’s running mate in his election fight with Hillary Clinton.
“I don’t want to be in the ring with any candidate. I want to be Trump’s running mate,” Hogan told TMZ.
“Did you hear that? Vice President Hogan,” he added.
But he did not express who he wanted to win the US presidential election in November, between Joe Biden and Trump.
The WWE Hall of Famer said he would “probably have to put me in there somewhere.”
“I’m for the guy who’s going to straighten this country out, man, whoever that person is,” Hogan told NewsNation.
“I can’t choose now.”
Hogan has had significant political dealings in the past, including a run for the Florida Senate.
“I thought about it – lately, people calling my phone, driving me crazy about running for Senate,” he told TMZ in 2018.
“They want me to run for governor, they want me to run for mayor.”
But Hogan said he wanted nothing to do with it.
“Ultimately, I’m very confused because it’s like watching politicians — the Democrats and the Republicans — it’s like no one wants to work together,” Hogan added.
“It’s like a wrestling match, with two wrestlers who are supposed to work together and paint a beautiful wrestling picture.
“Republicans and Democrats act like they hate each other and want to do nothing but create chaos.
“So I really don’t want to be a part of this.”

Hogan, however, was inspired by former WWE star Jesse Venture’s rise through the political ranks.
“After seeing Donald Trump fan base and watching what [former wrestler-turned-Minnesota Gov.] Jesse Ventura did…at Florida State, I have a feeling it wouldn’t be that difficult,” Hogan said.
“I really want.”
Hogan has been promoting his latest venture, Real American Beer.
“This will bring America back together, one beer at a time,” Hogan told NewsNation.
He said the brand would appeal to “Middle America, NASCAR, wrestling, country western, mom, apple pie.”
