HOUSTON (Reuters) -Exxon Mobil is laying off 59 employees, including 10 in the Permian Basin and 39 in Dallas, according to a filing with the Texas Workforce Commission.

The layoffs include workers at the former Pioneer Natural Resources headquarters in Las Colinas, according to the document.

Exxon, which closed the $60 billion acquisition in May, said most of Pioneer’s 2,200 employees would be offered jobs. The company did not immediately comment on the reason for the job cuts.
