Uber: users point out instability in the app this Tuesday (28)

Users reported instability in the Uber app on the afternoon of this Tuesday (28).

According to data from the Downdetector platform, reports of problems with the platform began shortly before 2 pm and peaked around 2:30 pm.

More than half (58%) of complaints involve problems with requesting rides, the others are about problems at the time of payment (24%) and tracking rides (18%).

According to a note from Uber sent to CNN, the problems have already been resolved and the application is working normally.

“Uber identified an instability in the app, on Tuesday afternoon, which impacted some Brazilian users. The service has already been restored and the platform is operating normally”, says the statement.
