Users of ChatGPT, one of the most popular artificial intelligence chatbots in the world, have been experiencing difficulties accessing the platform since Tuesday morning (4).

On the OpenAI page, the company responsible for ChatGPT, the status update states that the platform is unavailable to some users. “We are currently investigating this issue,” says the text.

In a test carried out by the CNN newsroom around 12pm this Tuesday, ChatGPT is not able to respond to commands. Login and history of previous interactions with the platform are also unavailable. The chatbot page does not load completely.

Platform users took to social media to report the problems.

Launched in November 2022, ChatGPT works like a conversation with artificial intelligence. During interaction, it is possible to request answers on any topic or request translations and text editions, among other activities.
