ROCKSTAR Games is hard at work on the next Grand Theft Auto game, but that’s not the only series the iconic developer is in charge of.
As fans eagerly await the highly anticipated GTA 6, Rockstar has been giving players plenty to do to help speed up the wait.

In addition to GTA Online’s frequent updates, the developer also released Red Dead Redemption on PS4 and Nintendo Switch last year.
The cowboy action game was already available on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, thanks to those consoles’ backwards compatibility with the Xbox 360 version of the game.
One platform in particular, however, was left aside, to the dismay of many fans of the classic game, which was originally released for PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2010.
Despite the game being playable on all modern consoles, PC gamers were completely unable to play it as it had never been released on PC in the past.
The new release also skipped PC, but now a strange update to the PS4 version’s store page has revealed that PC players may not have to wait much longer.
Red Dead Redemption’s PlayStation Store page was recently updated to say that the game is now on PC for the first time.
That specific line has since been removed from the store page, but the game description still offers information about the PC version of the game, saying that it has PC-specific improvements.
It says: “Red Dead Redemption features all the updates from the 2023 console version, plus PC-specific improvements, including support for increased resolutions and frame rates, multiplier monitors and other accessories, and spatial surround sound.”
One of the complaints fans had about the game’s console release was that it was only running at 30fps rather than the ideal 60fps, and it looks like the PC release will fix this.
The game was later updated on PS4 Pro and PS5, bringing a 60fps mode to the game in a major free update to what is considered one of the best games of all time.
Gamers have also complained about Red Dead Redemption’s high prices and were furious after Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick gave information about the prices.
He said at the time: “This is exactly what we believe to be the commercially correct price.”
The PC release is expected to launch for the same price, which on consoles was £40 ($50), slightly higher than the Xbox 360 version which costs £25 ($29).
