BETHESDA is one of the best-known publishers in the video game industry, with decades of experience and dozens of high-quality games released over the years.

The publisher is best known for its flagship series The Elder Scrolls, which exploded with the release of Skyrim, which can now be purchased on virtually any platform, including PS5 and Nintendo Switch.

It is also known for its Fallout video game series, which is well-loved by fans and even led to a TV show adaptation earlier this year, among many other games such as Doom, Prey and Wolfenstein.

Bethesda just wrapped up its big Quakecon fan party, and to celebrate it put almost all of its PC games on sale on Steam, along with some similar sales on Xbox.

The Steam Quakecon sale lasts for a week, from now until August 22, 2024, and offers discounts of up to 80% on some of the best PC games ever made.

Among the deals is The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition, which is currently 75% off and retails for just £8.74 ($9.99) on Steam.

Skyrim can also be purchased as a bundle with two other Elder Scrolls games, Morrowind and Oblivion, giving you three great games for £16.13 ($18.87).

Every game in the Fallout series is also on sale, with players able to pick up the latest game in the series, Fallout 4, for just £6.39 ($7.99).

2016’s Doom is very cheap at 80% off at £3.19 ($3.99), and its sequel Doom Eternal can be picked up for a little more at £8.74 ($9.99)

Last week, shadow Bethesda released a nine-game bundle for one of its most popular series, the classic Doom series, across all platforms, offering a free upgrade to anyone who purchased classic Doom or Doom 2.

It came shortly after the discovery of developer Skyrim’s latest trademark, which fans think points to upcoming DLC for last year’s Starfield.

Starfield received mixed reactions from press and fans when it released last year, with many saying it was nothing compared to games like Skyrim and Fallout 4.

Despite shaky reception, it still managed to reach 13 million players by the end of the year, thanks in part to its inclusion in Xbox Game Pass.
