EVERY year Nintendo releases two versions of each mainline game with exclusives available for each.
The main Gen 9 exclusives are Pokémon Paradox, powerful monsters from the past and future based on popular designs from across the franchise.
Half of them are Paradox monsters from the past, exclusive to Pokémon Scarlet, and the other half are monsters from the future, exclusive to Pokémon Violet.
This means that if you only own one version of the game and have no one to trade with, you will miss out on an entire collection of popular Pokémon.
Fortunately, Pokémon offers a series of freebies where you can catch different monsters that have been successful in competitions.
To celebrate the Korean Player’s Cup, where Korean players can qualify for the World Championship, Pokémon is offering a Flutter Mane owned by last year’s Senior Division champion.
Yeomyeong Floating Mane is only available via Mystery Gift until May 7, 2024, so you only have hours to catch it.
It comes holding the Choice Specs item and has the moves Moonblast, Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam, and Thunderbolt.
If you want to acquire this powerful Pokémon Scarlet exclusive to you, there are a few steps you need to follow.
First open your menu and select Poké Portal, and from here navigate to Mystery Gift at the bottom of the list.
Then select ‘Get with code/password’ and enter the password 987W1THESPECIFICATIONS.
From here you can select Flutter Mane and it’s yours.
