GAMBLING is far from being the cheapest hobby. Besides all the expensive consoles, the games themselves are not wallet-friendly.
That’s why it’s always better if you can ‘try before you buy’, especially when making large purchases.
Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden was released in February 2024, but many missed out due to all of the excellent releases this year.
Now you have the chance to play without paying anything, as a new demo of the game has been released on all platforms.
The demo will allow you to play through the game’s first mission, giving you a good chance to get a feel for what it’s like.
It is available for PS5, Xbox Series X | S and PC, so most people will be able to try it.
The synopsis reads: “Hunt ghosts as two memorable characters in a story-driven action RPG where your decisions have dramatic consequences.
“Torn between honoring your oath to the living and saving your departed partner, how far will you go for love?”
Banishers is currently 20% off on Steam as well, so you can save some money if you decide to take the plunge.
Normally £44.99/$49.99 you can get it now for just £34.99/$39.99 which makes it a bargain.
It was developed by Don’t Nod, a studio known for its excellent game options like Life is Strange.
