PLAYSTATION players receive video game offers and promotions, and hundreds of titles are available at no additional cost through a PS Plus subscription.

As new games are added to the Games Catalog for Plus members each month, some titles need to leave.

The ‘Last Chance to Play’ section of PS Plus lists 12 titles that will be removed from the service.

Sony has confirmed that 12 games will leave PlayStation Plus in June 2024 and subscribers will no longer be able to play them for free.

The ‘Last Chance to Play’ section of the service lists all the games that will be unavailable next month.

Highlighting the list is the popular GTA 5, but a few more notable games are also leaving the service.

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons will be removed along with MotoGP 23 and The Talos Principle: Deluxe Edition.

While the MotoGP and The Talos Principle series have already received new entries, the timing of GTA 5’s removal is odd given that the next game is at least a year away.

Recently, fans have narrowed the release window for GTA 6, believing it will arrive in late 2025.

Many players who want to replay GTA 5 before the next edition releases would be disappointed that they have to own the game to do so.

GTA 5 will leave PS Plus after remaining on the service for just six months, as it was added to the Extra tier on December 19, 2023.

Here’s the full list of games leaving PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium in June 2024:

  • Grand Theft Auto 5 (PS4 and PS5)
  • MotoGP 24 (PS4 and PS5)
  • SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated (PS4)
  • Monster Jam Steel Titans (PS4)
  • Overturned (PS4)
  • Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons (PS4)
  • DC League of Super-Pets: The Adventures of Krypto and Ace (PS4)
  • Dodgeball Academy (PS4)
  • The Talos Principle: Deluxe Edition (PS4)
  • The Wild at Heart (PS4)
  • Indivisible (PS4)
  • Baja: Edge of Control HD (PS4, PS Plus Premium)

All games on the list will be removed from PS Plus on June 18, 2024, so there’s still time to play and finish some of them.

This isn’t the service’s biggest exodus of games, as this month PS Plus lost a total of 34 titles, including many Final Fantasy games.

With the departure of old games, 13 new titles were added to PS Plus on May 21, 2024.
