PLAYSTATION owners can get sale games from the PS Store quite often, but there’s a little-known way to get select titles completely free.
Sony’s PlayStation Stars loyalty scheme offers a selection of titles that are often overlooked, and now you can get the latest PS5 exclusive to earn points.
Starblade was added as the latest reward in PlayStation Stars, and players who have accumulated 17,500 points can redeem the game at no additional cost.
Set in the distant future, the game has you playing as Eve, who is tasked with saving humanity by reclaiming Earth from violent monsters known as Naytiba.
Rated 81/100 on review aggregator Metacritic, Stellar Blade was well received by critics and players have loved the game.
The user score reached 9.2/10, making it one of the highest rated PS5 games as far as gamers are concerned.

In addition to points, PlayStation Stars campaigns allow anyone to earn digital collectibles by playing games, completing in-game activities, and participating in online tournaments.
If you’re already in the PS Stars program, have a PS Plus subscription, and often buy games from the PS Store, you’ll probably have enough points to purchase Stellar Blade right away.
PlayStation Stars members can always check ongoing campaigns and the latest rewards they can redeem their points for through the PlayStation mobile app.
The app can be downloaded to any iOS and Android device from the respective app store.
