PlayStation fans can get free PS VR 2 games in the next PS Plus change

PLAYSTATION has shocked fans with an announcement that will change the way PS Plus works.

While the cheapest PlayStation Plus tier operates as normal, the other tiers are undergoing a change.

The mid-tier PS Plus Extra will now see games released on separate dates, more similar to how Xbox Game Pass works, rather than all launching at the same time.

Starting next month, there will also be a play trial included in this subscription level.

There are also some changes to how the more expensive tier PS Plus Premium will work.

For the first time, PS VR2 games will be added to PS Plus, with five games starting the collection.

There are also a number of PS2 games being added to PS Plus Premium this month, with promises that they will appear more frequently in the future.

• Available June 7th
  • Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition

  • Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord
  • Mini golf tour
  • Synth Knights
  • Before your eyes
  • The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners – Chapters 1 and 2

PS2 Premium PS Plus Games June 2024

• Available June 11th
  • Tomb Raider Legend
  • Star Wars the Clone Wars
  • Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus
