XBOX announces new free game additions twice a month, and now we have the list for the first half of June 2024.
Two of the games were already released on the platform earlier today, but four more titles will be released soon.
Arguably the highlight of this month’s lineup are Octopath Traveler 1 and 2, which were added to Game Pass before the official announcement.
Arriving at the end of June are Depersonalization, Isonzo, The Callisto Protocol and Still Wakes the Deep.
Depersonalization is a tabletop RPG inspired by Call of Cthulhu, the RPG based on the horror story of the same title by HP Lovecraft.
It’s a PC-only game, so naturally it won’t be available on Xbox consoles, but only through PC Game Pass.
Isonzo is a first-person shooter set during the First World War, recreating the action on the Italian Front of the Great War.
You’ll fight against the backdrop of panoramic views of the Alps, rugged valleys and idyllic towns of northern Italy.
The Calisto Protocol is the spiritual successor to the Dead Space horror series and puts you in a maximum security prison on Jupiter’s second largest moon.
As captain of the ship Jacob Lee, you will battle supernatural abominations known as biophages while uncovering a conspiracy.
Read more about how we feel about the game in our Callisto Protocol review.
Finally, Still awakens the depths will launch day one on Game Pass, meaning subscribers will receive the game on launch day.
The premise is somewhat similar to the previous title, but here you are trapped on an oil rig in the North Sea and chased by a mysterious monster that has come aboard.
