Ubisoft Forward shows upcoming Star Wars and Assassin’s Creed games – everything announced at showcase

UBISOFT wrapped up its Forward showcase last night, featuring extended previews of the publisher’s upcoming Star Wars and Assassin’s Creed games.

The remake of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time finally has a release window, along with many other announcements about Ubisoft games.

Here’s everything revealed during the June 2024 Ubisoft Forward showcase.

The live broadcast began with a 10-minute preview of the game Star Wars Outlawsthe first truly open-world game set in that galaxy far, far away.

We got a glimpse of the game’s ongoing space and earth travel and exploration, space dogfights with your starship, and a mission that involved stealth and gunfights.

Next up was Ubisoft’s new shooter XChallengingwhich launches its inaugural season soon, with many new features for players.

A Skull and Bones a trailer was shown focusing on Season 2: Chorus of Havoc and some new quality of life features that are already available in the game, such as fleet management and new ship upgrades.

Prince of Persia: The Lost CrownThe excellent metroidvania released earlier this year is receiving its first story DLC, Mask of Darkness, releasing in September 2024.

A little teaser for the Prince of Persia: Sands of Time remake, revealed that the game will arrive in 2026.

The Rebel Prince of PersiaUbisoft’s latest roguelite available in Early Access is getting an update, adding the Fire Temple, a new area to explore, along with new weapons and enemies.

Ubisoft’s Anno strategy series heads to Ancient Rome for the first time, with Year 117: Pax Romanawhich will be released in 2025.

Avatar: Pandora’s Frontiers is receiving Sky Breaker, the first expansion in the game’s history, scheduled for release in July 2024.

As part of the Year 2 content roadmap, the online pilot The Crew Motorfest will have a new island to explore and a second Made in Japan playlist.

Ubisoft Forward closed with 10 minutes of Shadows of Assassin’s Creed gameplay, showing how different the two protagonists of the next game will be.
