XBOX has just launched yet another promotion and this time it’s for a fan-favorite classic series.
Almost every game in the Castlevania series is on sale, but we’ve chosen what we think is the best deal.
Our favorite deal in the Xbox sale is the Castlevania Advance Collection, which includes some of the best games in the series.
The collection includes four games from the Castlevania series that were originally released for the Game Boy Advance.
Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow is the best game in the collection and has an impressive rating of 91 on review aggregate site Metacritic.
This is the Castlevania game that introduced a number of RPG elements to the series, like Tactical Soul, where you absorb enemies’ souls to level up.
It also includes additional game modes such as Hard Mode and New Game+.
Castlevania: Circle of the Moon is also included in the collection and is another 91-rated game.
It was a launch title for the Game Boy Advance and is known as the console’s killer app.
This one follows the more standard Castlevania gameplay, but became popular for its excellent level design and combat.
Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance and Castlevania: Dracula X are also included, and although they are lower-rated games in the series, they are definitely worth playing for Metroidvania fans.
The Castlevania Advance Collection normally costs £15.99/$19.99, but you can get it at a huge discount during the sale.
It’s currently selling for £9.59/$11.99, saving you 40% off the regular price.
Here are all four games available in the Castlevania Advance Collection:
- Castlevania: Circle of the Moon
- Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance
- Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow
- Castlevania: Dracula X
