POKÉMON has just started seven-star Tera attacks on Scarlet and Violet, but players are struggling to defeat it.

This is due to a glitch in Pokémon SV attacks with stat-boosting moves, where the target of the attack can be boosted every turn alongside another move.

The Attack is available over two weekends and you can watch it on Friday, June 28, 2024until Sunday, June 30, 2024or of Friday, July 5, 2024until Sunday, July 7, 2024.

Sceptile has the move Dragon Dance, so both his attack and speed are increased each turn, and he quickly maxes out his attacks.

This is why it is so difficult to take down, as it can take down most people’s Pokémon in one hit.

These are Sceptile’s stats, abilities, nature, and moveset:

The Most Powerful Sceptile – Level 100

  • Nature – Rushed
  • Ability – To blurt out
  • Item – None
  • Tera Type – Dragon
  • Move set – Leaf Storm, Earthquake, Leaf Blade, Breaking Strike, Thunder Punch, Dragon Dance

However, there is a counterattack that works very well against Sceptile thanks to its ability.

Skeledirge has the Unaware ability, which means he ignores all of Sceptile’s stat boosts.

You can also use Will-O-Wisp to inflict a burn and half of Sceptile’s attack. This is the only way to stop Sceptile’s attack on Skeledirge.

After Sceptile eliminates Skeledirge’s stat boosts, you can increase its special attack with Torch Song, as Breaking Swipe only reduces physical attack.

Not only does Alluring Voice deal super effective damage, but it will confuse Sceptile if it uses Dragon Dance that turn.

Here’s the Skeledirge set we recommend:

Skeledirge – Level 100

  • Nature – Audacious
  • Ability – Unconscious
  • Item – Shell Bell
  • Tera Type – Fairy
  • Move set – Torch Song, Will-O-Wisp, Seductive Voice, Slack Off
