WHEN people think of subscription services, they usually think of movies and TV shows.

However, more and more of these services are diversifying into other forms of entertainment, offering more value to subscribers.

Best known for this are Netflix, Amazon Prime and even YouTube, all of which have free games for PC and mobile players.

Anime subscription platform Crunchyroll has also been bolstering its game library and recently announced 15 more games coming to its service.

Since Crunchyroll focuses on anime in its TV shows and movies, most of its games are based on anime as well.

All games are available to subscribers at the Mega and Ultimate Fans levels, with more games added each month.

The highlight of the newly announced games is Crypt of the NecroDancer, which has a massive 92 rating on review aggregate site Metacritic.

Crypt of the NecroDancer is a rhythm-based roguelike dungeon crawler where you move and attack enemies to the beat of the music.

Another highly rated game included in the upcoming selection is Steins;Gate, the critically acclaimed sci-fi visual novel.

It has an 87 rating on Metacritic and is known for the moving story of a man who travels through time to try to save his friends.

Here’s the full list of games that will be added to Crunchyroll between now and mid-2024:
