FIRST released in 2006, players were surprised and terrified by Dead Rising’s new style of play.

Since then, it’s been known as a cult classic, scoring an impressive 85 on Metacritic’s aggregate rating, and still popular to this day.

What sets Dead Rising apart is that the game is in a constant time crunch and it’s almost impossible to complete everything in one go.

Players will have the chance to try again, as a new Dead Rising release has been announced.

Although the upcoming remaster, called Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, has been teased by Capcom, fans are still eager to play it again.

In Dead Rising you play as Frank West, a journalist who enters a mall full of zombies to find out what is going on.

He has just three days before his helicopter returns to take him away, and in that time he needs to gather evidence for his story.

However, upon entering, he discovers that there are several survivors still trapped in the mall and tries to convince them to go to safety.

Not only that, but once he arrives at the location, he quickly realizes that the zombies are the least scary predators in the mall.

The teaser gives a recap of previous Dead Rising releases, including an HD release in 2011.

It then shows Frank West jumping from the helicopter into the mall, ready to begin three days in hell.

We don’t yet know what changes will be made beyond the updated graphics, but fans are eager to see more of Frank.
