The Nintendo Switch is NOT just the best value for money subscription service, but it keeps getting better.

Unlike Xbox Game Pass or PlayStation Plus, which remove games monthly, games are only added to Nintendo Switch Online.

Today (Friday, July 12, 2024), Nintendo added three games to its Game Boy Advance library for Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscribers.

All three games are from The Legendary Starfy series, called Densetsu no Starfy in Japan.

This is the first time the series has been available outside of Japan, where the games were very popular.

The Legendary Starfy series has most commonly been compared to the Kirby series as a platformer with cute characters.

There are five games in the series, but the first three games originally released on the Game Boy Advance are those available via Nintendo Switch Online.

The first game was released early in the Game Boy Advance’s life, but the second improved on the original with more levels per world.

The third Starfy game introduced a new playable character, multiplayer minigames and had a number of graphical improvements over the original series.

If you want to try out the Starfy series, you’ll need to download the Game Boy Advance app from the Nintendo eShop.

It’s free to download if you’re a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscriber.

Then all you need to do is select the game you want to play in the app and your adventure with Starfy can begin.
