Microsoft is back with another Xbox Games Showcase this year, and this time there’s a Call to action straight right after the main show. This is Microsoft’s first Xbox Games Showcase to feature games from Activision, Blizzard, Bethesda and Xbox Game Studios, as well as third-party titles.
I think it will be a great Xbox showcase, with a length that could approach the two-hour mark. Get ready for new game reveals, lots of release dates, and some potential surprises.
The Xbox Games Showcase begins on Sunday, June 9th at 1pm ET/10am PT/6pm UK.
Microsoft is streaming its big Xbox showcase live YouTube, Muscular contractionIt is Facebook. You can also watch the showcase in the video embedded at the top of this article.
I would expect to see more than 15 original Xbox games at this showcase. Microsoft has a busy fall ahead for Xbox, with Bethesda currently targeting September for its Starfield Shattered Space expansion, and Age of Mythology: Retold is also planning an early September release.
I also hope Activision announces the release Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 on October 25th and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 should continue in November. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle it’s also expected to debut in December, according to sources familiar with Microsoft’s plans.
In between all these big game releases, there are new seasons to Surveillance 2, Call to actionIt is Diablo IV. I hope we also hear about Diablo IVin Vase of Hatred expansion, which is currently launching in early October. World of Warcraftin The war within The DLC will also be released at the end of August, from what I understand.
Microsoft is also considering putting Tower in an early access program later this year, and there’s still the question of when Declared will launch. I heard a few months ago that Declared it was slated for release in November, so I hope to hear more about it during the Xbox showcase. We are also still waiting to see if a there are a lot of rumors Gears of war collection will be confirmed.
In addition to what’s planned for 2024, I fully expect Microsoft to announce two new games – the next installments of Doom It is Gears of war. These will be the big announcements for the show, but there could also be several third-party games.
