Ubisoft announced in April that Star Wars Outlaws will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC on August 30th. If you’re on the fence about buying it early, there’s some new material to help you make the decision. We recently got a closer look at its open-world gameplay in Ubisoft Forward 2024, including the title’s combat, space travel, and branching story dialogue. And luckily, there’s still plenty of time to secure several exclusive pre-order incentives.

Developed by Massive EntertainmentOut of law follows main character Kay Vess and her faithful alien companion Nix as they navigate a galactic criminal underworld. It takes place in several familiar locations, including Tatooine and Canto Bight, along with Kijimi, Akiva, and a new planet called Toshara. The original trailer suggests that Vess is trying to pull off a major heist on the opulent Zerek Besh family to buy her freedom.

It’s rare to see one Star Wars game with a female protagonist as the protagonist, and it’s equally rare to see one take place in an open world – Out of law It’s the first, actually. Pre-ordering the Standard Edition of Star Wars Outlaws

Pre-order any edition of Star Wars Outlaws from any retailer unlocks the Kessel Runner bonus pack, which includes a skin for your speeder ship and Trailblazer. The Standard Edition costs $69.99 and you can currently pre-order physical copies for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.

If you order from Amazon (PS5 / Xbox), you’ll receive cosmetics for Kay and Nix in the Rogue Infiltrator Character Pack, which is exclusive to Amazon for physical copies and is only available in the digital-only Ultimate Edition (more on that below).

As for other retailers, Best buy is currently offering a $10 gift card with every purchase and Target an exclusive steel case. GameStop buyers, in turn, will receive the Sabacc Shark Character Pack, which is exclusive to physical copies and includes character cosmetics and blasters that are normally limited to the Ultimate Edition. You can also order it at Walmart (PS5 / Xbox), but the retailer does not offer exclusive incentives.

If you prefer a digital copy, you can order it directly from Playstation or Microsoftor in Ubisoft website for Windows PCs.

Star Wars Outlaws is an original open-world adventure set in the vast universe of the iconic film series. It stars Kay Vess, a protagonist who seeks to rob crime lords to gain her freedom. Pre-ordering the Standard Edition unlocks new cosmetics for two of the game’s vehicles.

Pre-ordering the Gold Edition of Star Wars Outlaws

The Gold Edition of Star Wars Outlaws lets you play three days early and includes the season pass for $109.99. The pass offers two post-launch downloadable content pieces that expand the story with new missions and environments. You’ll also receive the Jabba’s Gambit bonus mission at launch, as well as the Kessel Runner character pack that contains additional skins for Kay and Nix.

Best buy and target (PS5 / Xbox) are your top picks for retailer-exclusive bonuses, with the former offering the same $10 gift card as the Standard Edition and the latter a physical steelbook case. You can also purchase copies for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S on Amazon (PS5 / Xbox), Wal-Mart (PS5 / Xbox), It is GameStop; is also available to order digitally via Microsoft, PlaystationIt is Ubisoft online store (for PC).

The Gold Edition of Star Wars Outlaws features three days of early access and a season pass, which grants access to two post-launch DLCs when available. It also instantly unlocks a bonus mission and new cosmetics for Kay and Nix.

Pre-ordering the Ultimate Edition of Star Wars Outlaws

The definitive edition of Star Wars Outlaws retails for $129.99 and contains everything from the Gold Edition, as well as two more cosmetic packs with new looks for Kay, Nix, their speeder, and the Trailblazer. It also comes with a digital art book featuring the concept art and cinematic storyboards that its developers used to design the game.

At the time of this writing, physical copies of the final edition are not available for pre-order, but you can pre-order the digital version for PS5 It is Xbox Series X/S through their respective stores and for Windows PCs on the Ubisoft website. You can also subscribe to Ubisoft Plus Premium for $17.99 per month, which includes day one access to the full Ultimate Edition at no additional cost on PC, Xbox, and Amazon’s Luna cloud gaming service.

With the definitive edition of Star Wars Outlaws, you’ll receive a digital art book and even more skins for Kay, Nix, their speeder, and the Trailblazer ship. You can access the Ultimate Edition on PC, Xbox, and Amazon Luna as part of a Ubisoft Plus Premium subscription, which starts at around $18 per month.
