MORE smartphones have started to receive a major Android update from Samsung.
The technology company is rolling out some crucial security fixes this month.
Samsung regularly releases new software to address any recently discovered crashes or stability issues.
So don’t expect any fancy features to arrive with this latest update.
Instead, it addresses 50 security issues — including one critical vulnerability, according to SamMobile.
This bug could allow a hacker to bypass some security features.
The M55 budget smartphone was the first to receive the update.
But now six others are starting to understand, they are:
- Galaxy Z Fold 3
- Galaxy Z Fold 4
- Galaxy Z Fold 5
- Galaxy S23
- Galaxy S23+
- Galaxy S23 Ultra
Software updates are typically implemented in stages rather than all at once.

Therefore, only US handset holders will receive it for now, before it is available in other countries.
Owners of other Samsung models should pay attention to the update coming soon.
