‘Problem solved’ Samsung owners scream as free phone update fixes ‘annoying’ camera issue

SOME Samsung owners could be getting an update to their smartphone very soon – but there are no fancy new features with this one.

The tech giant has been booming with new AI tools for texting and more recently.

However, this latest software update is apparently less glamorous.

And it is only available on two Galaxy smartphones.

Samsung’s official update log is vague on details, simply saying it addresses a “stability and reliability” issue.

But one user reported that this actually fixes an “annoying” issue with the camera.

“Say goodbye to annoying video rattles!” wrote @tarunvats33 on X.

“I have this problem! Looking forward to this update,” commented another.

The update is coming to Galaxy S24 Ultra and Galaxy S23 Ultra devices, according to SamMobile.

So far, it has only been implemented in Thailand, so owners in other countries will have to pay attention if they are suffering from the same problem.

You can also check for updates manually whenever you want.

Just go to Settings, followed by Software Update and select Download and Install.

In the wallpaper settings, you can select categories and keywords that will produce a unique wallpaper for you.

Edit suggestion

AI can change your writing tone style instantly with Samsung keyboard.

This way you can transform a formal message into something more relaxed for friends.

It will also make grammar and spelling corrections.

Generative editing

AI is used for advanced photo editing features.

This includes the ability to remove unwanted objects with greater precision.

Interpreter

Language barriers no longer need to be a problem on vacation.

Interpreter mode translates a real-time conversation for you.

Live translation

You can also translate calls in real time with the Live Translate tool.

It not only allows you to hear your mother tongue but also reproduces what you say to the other person in their language.

Note Assistance

Never mess up your notes again.

Note Assist will summarize notes written in the Samsung Notes app for you.

Transcription assistance
