During the Horizons: Disney Experiences Showcase at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, Disney Experiences President Josh D’Amaro revealed the new plans.

Although details are still scarce, Villains Land will include two main attractions inspired by classic Disney films.

An attraction is said to have younger audiences in mind, according to USA today.

It will also include shopping and dining inspired by Disney villains.

“This land will be home to the villains you know and the ones you loathe,” D’Amaro revealed.

“Be prepared, poor unfortunate souls.

“It will be a fearless new vision of what a Disney experience can be.”

The confirmed news comes after D23 teased ideas about the Land of Villains.

At this time, a set release day has not been confirmed.

However, D’Amaro revealed that construction will begin in 2025.

Disney World brings much-loved family activities back to theme park after four years

After the news broke, fans rushed to social media to share their excitement.

“YES!!!!! LET THE VILLAINS BEGIN!!!!” wrote user X.

“This is going to be so cool! I love the villain’s presence at Oogie Boogie Bash and I’m looking forward to it at WDW! I’m so excited about it,” said another.

“Come on,” exclaimed a third.

Along with Villains Land, Disney Experiences revealed it would also feature other fan-favorite attractions.
