If you want to travel to the Sunshine State, specifically the small town of Destin, Florida, you’re in luck.

Allegiant Airlines launched 15 routes to the coastal city following the release of the singer’s eleventh studio album, The Tortured Poets Department.

Direct flights to Destin-Fort Walton Beach, located on Florida’s Emerald Coast, are part of the airline’s seasonal summer offerings.

In her song Florida!!!, Swift sings about someone who works “her whole life just to pay for a timeshare in Destin.”

Happy vacationers, however, can do a lot more with their time in Destin than buy a timeshare.

The popular family destination is known as “the luckiest fishing village in the world” thanks to its annual sport fishing competitions.

The picturesque Emerald Coast attracts more than seven million visitors annually with its sandy beaches.

About 4.5 million of those visitors end up in the popular beach town of Destin, which Tripadvisor voted the 18th best beach in the country.

Destin’s Henderson Beach State Park features sparkling white sand and crystal blue waters.

According to the city websiteIts history dates back to a fisherman named Leonard Destin, who settled in the region in 1845.

Under the guidance of Destin and other local fishermen, the city quickly became the largest charter fishing fleet in Florida.

“In 2009, Destin celebrated its 25th anniversary as an incorporated municipality,” the website said.

“No longer a small fishing village, first-time visitors are still discovering what brings people back to Destin’s harbor and shores year after year…the beautiful white sand beaches, emerald green waters, friendly atmosphere, supreme restaurants and, of course, fishing in the ‘Luckiest Fishing Village in the World’.”

Vacationers can relax and sunbathe on the picturesque sand or, for more adventurous travelers, take part in hiking the nature trails.

Your home is really just a town where you are just a guest, so you work your life off just to pay for a timeshare in Destin.

The park has a three-quarter-mile trail that cuts through the sand and a playground for younger hikers.

With mild and mild temperatures year-round, swimming is a must-do activity, even in January and February.
