After noticing excessive line jumping, the theme park is making some changes.

Knott’s Berry Farm advocates against line jumping or “leaving and re-entering a line for any reason or location that keeps the line going,” according to its code of Conduct.

Now, however, visitors who witness the prohibited act are being encouraged to report park-goers to Knott security by sending a text message.

However, some theme park lovers aren’t so sure the new rule will make a difference.

“I wonder what it is about Knott’s Berry Farm that attracts people who behave badly? I don’t think turning guests into pigeons is going to help,” commented one user on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Another shopper said it was “about time” for the park’s new protocol.

“I stopped going because of all the ‘auntie, uncle here’. Two children taking up space for 10 family members. They also need to increase the prices for annual passes,” they said.

Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, Calif., instituted new protocols in early summer to curb line jumping.

The park has always advocated line jumping, which it defines as “leaving and re-entering the line for any reason or location that maintains the line,” according to its code of Conduct.

But the park has gone a step further and is now encouraging visitors to report any park-goers jumping the line by texting Knott’s security team.

“When officers are dispatched, our goal is to achieve compliance and familiarize guests with our code of conduct, but repeat offenders will be asked to leave Knott’s Berry Farm,” officials said. KTLA.

New warning signs have also been placed near GhostRider, a wooden roller coaster, to warn guests against cuts.

Visitors were invited to test park security staff by calling (714) 650-8125.

The park also plans to remove two original attractions.

Guests said they could still interact with their favorite Peanuts characters despite the delays.

“Knott’s Berry Farm remains committed to providing the best experience for its guests and looks forward to welcoming guests of all ages to enjoy summer camp adventures with Snoopy and the Peanuts Gang,” the statement continued.

Camp Snoopy’s renovation was announced last August and many fans speculated that the park wouldn’t be ready in time for this summer.

“When they announced that summer events wouldn’t happen until mid-June, I figured everything else would be postponed until closer to that date,” one person wrote on Facebook.

“I’m looking forward to all the news.”

The family-friendly park is known for its epic roller coasters and thrill rides, as well as its Ghost Town, which it calls “the heart and soul of the park” in its name. website.
