A NEW holiday spot has attracted travelers looking for a European-style getaway.
The US resort includes a floating pool, deck cabanas and a bar.
O Horseshoe Bay Resort in Texas is home to a level of luxury that rivals Lake Como.
Horseshoe Bay Resort Managing Director Randy Zupanski gave his thoughts on the new attraction.
“We are extremely proud to unveil these exciting new experiences for our guests and members ahead of summer,” he said in a statement.
“With the launch of the Waterfront Floating Pool, we are setting a new standard for lakeside fun.
“AND [we are] demonstrating our dedication to truly enhancing the guest experience with elevated, thoughtful offerings at the property.”
WHAT TO EXPECT
The resort is a family-friendly experience with an on-site water park.
It includes a beach and a tower pool with cabanas to take a break.
It has several food and drink options, such as The Shack, Sand Bar and H2O Bar.

Not only is Horseshoe Bay Resort’s floating pool reminiscent of a scene in Italy, travelers are clearly excited about the change.
Many expressed their opinions in the comments section of the tourist destination’s Instagram page.
“We dreamed about this during spring break,” one wrote.
The resort includes a spa and health club, as well as tennis facilities with 14 courts.
For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there are bicycle rentals and hiking trails.
There are also several activities centered around the lake, including boat valet service.
Those with personal aircraft can also fly on a private runway.
There are several hotels and wineries nearby for out-of-town visitors to enjoy as well.
