Popular California theme park offers free passes to enter – you just need to know exactly what to order

YOU can get into a popular California theme park for free, but you have to do it right.

While travelers can’t stay in the park all day, the trick is great for a short visit.

Legoland California gives visitors interested in shopping at its resort a free pass.

Buyers must pay in advance, but travel is reimbursed with proof of purchase.

“Guests who are exclusively interested in shopping at LEGOLAND California Resort will need to pay for parking and can then request the Shopper’s Pass option at the ticket office or outside the Guest Services window,” the park said. website explained.

“You must purchase an exclusive full-price 1-day LEGOLAND ticket.”

Visitors are then allowed a full hour in the park to do whatever they want.

“[You] must spend $25 on retail items and show receipt of purchase to receive full refund of ticket purchase upon departure,” the website said.

“Your tickets and parking, with receipt, can only be refunded at the Guest Services outside counter and must show proof that they were scanned at the turnstile within the last 60 minutes.”

Offer is not valid for special events at the theme park, including Brick-or-Treat Party nights or Saturdays in October.

While shoppers can take advantage of the deal, the park’s Big Shop is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so plan accordingly.

The offer is also limited to Shopper Passes only.

“General admission visitors to the Park are not entitled to a parking refund, regardless of the amount spent within the Park,” the website stated.

The theme park recently celebrated its 25th anniversary with a landmark parade in May.

“Surrounded by a whirlwind of streamers and waving flags, we proudly launch the nation’s inaugural Lego World Parade at Legoland California today,” said Kurt Stocks, president of Legoland California Resort.

“This historic parade feels even more celebratory as we honor the 25th anniversary of Legoland California Resort this year.

“Each float tells a story and each step along the way sparks the imagination.

“The parade is the perfect end to a day of biking, climbing, diving and building our more than 60 rides, shows and attractions.”

The parade, which features Lego-themed floats and performers, can be seen on the west side of the theme park.

Summer visitors can see the parade for themselves, as the attraction will be available all season long.

The parade features a variety of displays, including a Lego City fire truck, a pirate ship, and floats inspired by Lego Ninjago, Lego Friends, and Lego Duplo.

Lego fans can have fun with five live costumed characters and more than 50 artists.

Anyone wishing to take advantage of the offer must present proof of receipt.
