Disney World is cutting prices to encourage families to return – with cheap park tickets and hotels

NOTHING makes a vacation better than discounted flights and hotel stays.

There’s no better time than now to visit Walt Disney World, which offers guests cheap park tickets and accommodations.

In recent months, the theme park has quietly reduced ticket prices after decreasing attendance at the park.

While tickets to Disney World can typically cost more than a hundred visitors, the park began offering money-saving deals in May.

Three-day ticket packages were discounted to just $89 per day, granting buyers access to Hollywood Studios, Epcot and Animal Kingdom.

The deal, which will last all summer until September 24, could save guests hundreds compared to the all-time high price of $254 for a Park Hopper day pass.

Those visiting from out of state will also be happy to know that hotel stays have never been cheaper.

Disney has also made drastic cuts to the cost of staying, with deep discounts at its hotels.

According to a Bloomberg Reportstays at Disney resorts fell by up to 27% as part of the brand’s attempt to win back dissatisfied customers.

“On the hotel front, WDW has introduced cheaper nightly rates at value resorts, such as Disney’s All-Star Movies, Music and Sports Resorts, starting at around $100,” Bloomberg reported.

“Google Hotels confirms price drops, with room rates of $125 in mid-January reflecting a 27% discount.

“Still, the lowest rates are only offered on the slowest days of the year, typically January and February, with prices ranging from $200 to $300 per night in the same locations.”

Disney dining package prices have been reduced.

The same report concluded that Disney reduced the cost of meals by up to 30%.

Disney fans can now purchase all-day dining passes for $30 per child and $95 per adult.

The changes are due to thousands of reviews from dissatisfied customers.

Len Testa, president of TouringPlans.com, told Bloomberg that thousands of surveys of Disney visitors revealed the extent of customer discontent.

Testa revealed that rising food costs were part of the incremental expenses that increased guest irritation.

“Magic Kingdom’s Beauty and the Beast-themed Be Our Guest tripled the cost of lunch to about $300 for a family of four, after taxes and tips,” Bloomberg reported.

Testa revealed that the huge increase marked the beginning of a decline in customer satisfaction.

Customer satisfaction fell from 90% to almost 60% after the price increases, according to Testa.

The expert added that Disney has a lot of work to do with its efforts to win back visitors and called the cheaper tickets and hotels a “huge move in the right direction.”
