Calibungaformerly known as Raging Waters, is located in San Jose, California.

The tourist attraction closed suddenly after the 2023 season, but reopened its doors earlier this month

The park offers season pass options, group events, as well as individual admission tickets.

There are also options for relaxing, with a shaded astro lawn with reclining chairs.

You’ll never go hungry with “up-to-date” food options in the park, according to one Reel from your official Facebook account.

RIDE IT

A common fan favorite at any water park is their “lazy river.”

Calibunga has raised the bar even further, bringing an “endless river” complete with waterfalls and calming streams.

The tour is recommended for all ages, making it an ideal option for the whole family.

According to their websitethose under 42 inches must be accompanied by an adult.

INCREASE

For those ready for more excitement, Calibunga is capable of delivering.

The Barracuda Blaster is reopening and the minimum ride height is 36 inches.

America’s largest indoor water park has record-breaking wave pool, themed rides and 81-degree temperatures year-round

At least two and a maximum of three riders are needed to tackle the “intense” and winding slide.

At the end, park-goers descend into a pool at the end, which Calibunga calls “refreshing.”

For those who want to try a water slide but are not prepared for high intensity, there are other options.

The Slide Creek Falls attraction requires a height of 42 inches and life jackets for shorter people or those who cannot swim.

Passengers can take a single tube and go down into a lazy river.

There’s also Wacky Water Works for a more family-friendly option.

With no height requirement, children can play with a guardian accompanying them.

One Instagram Reel from their official account on the opening day showed a family proud to be among the first to see Calibunga, saying they would definitely arrive early.

People in the comments section agreed with the punctual park-goer.

“We went today and it was great,” wrote one. “It wasn’t crowded and it felt good.”
