He said his cousin is putting together a list of potential baby names — and delighted with the candidates, she decided to share them with the family in a group chat.

Unfortunately for the woman, it seems the bizarre names didn’t please everyone, as the entire family left her on ‘read’.

Sharing the incident on Reddit, the man said: “My cousin wants a unique name for her future daughter.

”Mission Accomplished! I feel bad that at least she put some thought into these names, especially compared to how most of us were named.

“On the other hand, well, you saw the names.”

The man described the names as a “tragédeigh” – a term used to describe a nickname that is “deliberately misspelled or completely made up to sound more unique than it actually is” – however, the cousin doesn’t seem to be too worried about it. this.

Sharing the list of five names as well as their personal meanings, the shocked person wrote: “Urf (Earth because no matter where the child lives in life, he will always be on Earth.

”I can’t fault the logic of that. Elon Musk might be offended.

There was also a business-inspired nickname – “Seaeoh” (CEO), as the mother strongly believed that the name would “dictate fate” and “cosmically transform the child into a successful business magnet”.

The third potential choice, the man revealed, was Stamp. And although it may seem totally weird, the nickname actually has a cute meaning.

Controversial gender reveal shocks the Internet

As explained by the Redditor, the cousin maintained a long-distance relationship with the child’s father and ”they used to send letters to each other with… stamps”.

“It looks like what a caveman character in a movie would be called,” he noted.

The last two options on the bizarre list included Biotic – to “protect the child from disease” – as well as Ayeai (AI), as the mother considered that this was where the world was headed.

“In the future, the AI will take over, and if it gets nasty, it will be easy for her son because they share the same name,” the man explained his thinking.

The struggle to choose a baby name

CHLOE Morgan, senior writer at Fabulous, revealed her dilemma when choosing a name for her baby…

At 35 weeks pregnant, by far the trickiest part of pregnancy for me over the last few months (minus the insomnia and countless nighttime breaks!) has been trying to decide on the baby’s name.
The dilemmas are endless…
My partner and I had a private exam to find out the sex as early as possible – partly because we thought it would make naming babies so much easier because we would only have to create a list of names for one gender instead of two.
How wrong we were…
I was absolutely thrilled to learn I was expecting the girl I’d always dreamed of, but being one of the last friends to get pregnant, I’ve had countless conversations over the years with excited friends discussing their top baby names. …something I wish I could go back in time and not hear.
With every friend mentioning at least 10 possible nicknames, I can’t help but feel that several are now off-limits, even though I know it’s something none of them would mind in the slightest – it’s a total turn-off for me!
The debate comes up again and again on social media forums – can you choose the same name that was a “potential” for a friend’s baby?
It’s a very divisive subject and opinions are always mixed… and I don’t want to be THAT person.
While some will argue that there are thousands of other names to choose from, others will say that you need to choose YOUR favorite… after all, there is no guarantee that this person will have another child.
Then there’s also the matter of finding a name you love… only to look it up online and read one negative review among hundreds of positive ones that you just can’t get rid of.
I made this same mistake when I fell in love with a certain name (I won’t reveal it because I don’t want to ruin it for others!)…only to have someone point out that it is constantly autocorrected on a phone to something quite rude. So, we went back to the drawing board.
There are only five weeks left and it looks like our little one will be known as ‘baby gal’ for a while longer!

“Her logic is that so many kids these days have unique names that it will eventually become normal and the people with ‘standard’ names will be the ones who look silly.

“The father is completely overwhelmed and I assume he doesn’t have enough courage to say anything.

“I doubt two people could agree on any of these things.”

While most social media users expressed their shock at the names, others shared a thought about the cousin’s future daughter, insisting that the unusual nicknames could set her back in life.

One user said: “Joke names are great and stylish for pets, toys, drag queens and Sims.”

Another chimed in: “I say this in the nicest way possible. She is delusional and dare I say, stupid.

”That poor future son deserves better.”

A third user said: “Unemployable could work as a middle name for them.”
